নির্বাহী পরিষদের সদস্যদের মধ্যে ৭ জন পক্ষে ভোট প্রদান করেছেন ও কেউ বিপক্ষে ভোট প্রদান করেননি। কেউ ভোট প্রদানে বিরত ছিলেন না ও ২ জন সদস্য ভোট প্রদান করেননি।
এই ভোট গ্রহণের সময় কারও ভোট প্রদানের অধিকার খর্ব করা হয়নি।

Whereas, the Executive Committee of Wikimedia Bangladesh has agreed to appoint the following Regular Members as member of the Operations Committee (“OC”).

- Ankan Ghosh Dastider, Community Director, Planning and Outreach
- Moheen Reeyad, Community Director, Regional Operations, Chittagong Division
- Abu Shaikhe Muhammad Ashiqur Rahman, Community Director, Regional Operations, Sylhet Division
- Nahid Hossain, Community Director, Regional Operations, Rajshahi Division
- Mohammad Mostafizur Rahman Safy, Community Director, Regional Operations, Rajshahi Division
Whereas, the Executive Committee of Wikimedia Bangladesh has agreed to renew the membership of the following Regular Members as member of the Operations Committee (“OC”).

- Afifa Afrin, Community Director, Special Focus, Gender Gap
- Rifat Jamil Eusufzai, Community Director, Special Focus, Wikimedia Commons
It is hereby resolved that the aforementioned members are appointed as members of the OC for a term ending on December 31st, 2017 or until their resignation, whichever comes first.
The resolution is effective immediately when passed.
