নির্বাহী পরিষদের সদস্যদের মধ্যে ৮ জন পক্ষে ভোট প্রদান করেছেন ও কেউ বিপক্ষে ভোট প্রদান করেননি। কেউ ভোট প্রদানে বিরত ছিলেন না।

Whereas, The Executive Committee ("EC") of Wikimedia Bangladesh Foundation (“WMBD”) has hereby appointed the following person as an Interim Member ("Member") of the EC of WMBD in accordance with Article IX § 6 of the Article of Association of WMBD.

Resolved, The newly appointed Member shall have the rights to exercise all powers in need like other EC members according to the Article of Association of the WMBD.
Resolved, Effective immediately when passed, the term of the newly appointed Member is scheduled to last till the next Election of Members of the Executive Committee or his resignation and/or cancellation from the EC membership, whichever comes first.
