নিচের রেজোলিউশনটি উইকিমিডিয়া বাংলাদেশে নির্বাহী পরিষদ কর্তৃক ৩১ জানুয়ারি ২০২৪ তারিখে পাস হয়েছে।
নির্বাহী পরিষদের সদস্যদের মধ্যে ৯ জন পক্ষে ভোট প্রদান করেছেন ও কেউ বিপক্ষে ভোট প্রদান করেননি। কেউ ভোট প্রদানে বিরত ছিলেন না।
এই ভোট গ্রহণের সময় কারও ভোট প্রদানের অধিকার খর্ব করা হয়নি।

Whereas, the discussions and consensus on the internal mailing list of the Executive Committee of Wikimedia Bangladesh Foundation (“Wikimedia Bangladesh”), the following people are hereby appointed as office bearers of the Executive Committee of Wikimedia Bangladesh for the term 2024-25.
- 1. Shabab Mustafa (President)
- 3. Masum-al-Hasan (Secretary)
- 3. A K Al Mohiuddin (Treasurer)
Resolved, the newly appointed office bearers shall have the right to exercise all necessary powers according to the Article X of the Article of Association of Wikimedia Bangladesh.
Resolved, The term of the newly appointed office bearers is scheduled to last until the next Executive Committee Member election or their resignation or cancellation of their Executive Committee membership, whichever comes first.
The resolution is effective immediately when passed.
