নিচের রেজোলিউশনটি উইকিমিডিয়া বাংলাদেশে নির্বাহী পরিষদ কর্তৃক {{{অনুমোদনের তারিখ}}} তারিখে পাস হয়েছে।
নির্বাহী পরিষদের সদস্যদের মধ্যে ৯ জন পক্ষে ভোট প্রদান করেছেন ও কেউ বিপক্ষে ভোট প্রদান করেননি। কেউ ভোট প্রদানে বিরত ছিলেন না।
এই ভোট গ্রহণের সময় কারও ভোট প্রদানের অধিকার খর্ব করা হয়নি।

Whereas the discussions and consensus of the Executive Committee of Wikimedia Bangladesh Foundation (“Wikimedia Bangladesh”) based on the internal mailing list, the following people are hereby appointed as office bearers of the Executive Committee of Wikimedia Bangladesh for the remainder of the Executive Committee term 2020-21.
- 1. Tanvir Rahman (President)
- 2. Ankan Ghosh Dastider (Acting Secretary)
- 3. Masum-al-Hasan (Treasurer)
The newly appointed office bearers shall have the rights to exercise all powers in need according to the Article of Association of the Wikimedia Bangladesh.
The term of the newly appointed office bearers is scheduled to last till the next Executive Committee Member election or their resignation and/or cancellation from the Executive Committee membership, whichever comes first.
The resolution is effective immediately when passed.
