নিচের রেজোলিউশনটি উইকিমিডিয়া বাংলাদেশে নির্বাহী পরিষদ কর্তৃক {{{অনুমোদনের তারিখ}}} তারিখে পাস হয়েছে।
নির্বাহী পরিষদের সদস্যদের মধ্যে জন পক্ষে ভোট প্রদান করেছেন ও কেউ বিপক্ষে ভোট প্রদান করেননি। কেউ ভোট প্রদানে বিরত ছিলেন না ও জন সদস্য ভোট প্রদান করেননি।
এই ভোট গ্রহণের সময় কারও ভোট প্রদানের অধিকার খর্ব করা হয়নি।

Whereas:

1. The Technical Operations Team (“Tech Team”) of Wikimedia Bangladesh (“Society”) is being created to operate and manage the websites, email accounts, and mailing lists owned by the Society.
2. Tech Team shall consist no more than four members.
3. Tech Team shall have a Lead who will be responsible for the management of the whole team and must have adequate technical knowledge to manage the technical resources of the Society;
4. A Tech Team member should be either an Executive Committee (“EC”) member or a staff member (“Staff”) of the Society;
5. The EC shall select the Tech Team members as well as its Lead;
6. Any selection and/or change in the Tech Team must be formalized with a written resolution by the EC;
7. Appointed Tech Team members will have a term length until any of the following criteria meets:
a. Expiration or resignation or cancellation of EC membership;
b. Termination of the job contract;
c. Self resignation;
d. Cancellation of Tech Team membership by the EC;
8. A Tech Team member is required to:
a. Follow the Rules of Procedure for Technical Operations Team passed by the EC;
b. Contact the EC if there is no policy to act on an issue or if the policy is unclear to act;
c. Use the technical resources of the Society only for the applications related to the Society;
d. Agree to keep all sensitive information (i.e., password, log-in credentials, private communications regarding Tech Team matters, etc) strictly confidential within the appointed Tech Team and EC members of his or her term;
e. Agree to keep all sensitive information acquired during his or her tenure as a Teach Team member even when he or she is not a member of Tech Team and/or after his or her loss of access to these information.
f. Agree to return all access credentials upon expiration or resignation or cancellation of his or her position as a Tech Team member.
9. A Tech Team member has the rights to:
a. Have all the technically possible access provided by the external service provider to control the website(s), email account(s), and mailing list(s) owned by the Society;
b. Sound knowledge on recent technology changes
c. On a regular practice at the time joining the Tech Team
10. Duties of a Tech Team member are the following:
a. Maintain all possible technical accesses provided by the service provider to operate:
i. The website(s) of the Society, its domain(s);
ii. The email account(s) of the Society;
iii. The email list(s) owned by the Society;
b. Mange all the website(s) of the Society;
c. Create, delete, and change email account(s) of the Society when necessary;
d. Provide technical solutions to EC and Operations Committee (“OC”) when necessary;
d. Provide solutions and/or answers to queries within a reasonable time and inform EC before his or her scheduled leaves;
e. Contact the service provider(s) for support and solutions when necessary;
f. Provide access to EC and OC members for content posting and management, email list administration;
g. Consult the EC about proper management of technical resources to keep the security and technical integrity intact;
h. Maintain updated log of all actions which shall be accessible by the EC members at any time.
11. The membership of a Tech Team member may be cancelled by the EC at any time if:
a. He or she fails to fulfil all aforementioned duties and requirements;
b. He or she abuses his or her access;
