নিচের রেজোলিউশনটি উইকিমিডিয়া বাংলাদেশে নির্বাহী পরিষদ কর্তৃক ২৩ ডিসেম্বর ২০২৩ তারিখে পাস হয়েছে।
নির্বাহী পরিষদের সদস্যদের মধ্যে ৯ জন পক্ষে ভোট প্রদান করেছেন ও কেউ বিপক্ষে ভোট প্রদান করেননি। কেউ ভোট প্রদানে বিরত ছিলেন না।
এই ভোট গ্রহণের সময় কারও ভোট প্রদানের অধিকার খর্ব করা হয়নি।

Whereas, the Executive Committee (“EC”) of Wikimedia Bangladesh (“WMBD”) has formed an ad hoc Misconduct Investigation Committee to investigate the activities of misconduct conducted by M. Rafiul Bahar Rafi (“The Member”) that are deemed against the objective and interest of WMBD.
Whereas, based on the recommendation of the Misconduct Investigation Committee, The EC has executed the power vested on them to cancel the membership of The Member, bearing the membership identification number ‘WMBD–RM–088’ as a Regular Member of WMBD according to Article III Paragraph 1 Section 4 of the Article of Association of WMBD.
It is hereby resolved, any and all affiliations of The Member that require a Regular Membership of WMBD shall be removed once the resolution is effective.
The resolution is effective immediately when passed.
