নিচের রেজোলিউশনটি উইকিমিডিয়া বাংলাদেশে নির্বাহী পরিষদ কর্তৃক {{{অনুমোদনের তারিখ}}} তারিখে পাস হয়েছে।
নির্বাহী পরিষদের সদস্যদের মধ্যে ৯ জন পক্ষে ভোট প্রদান করেছেন ও কেউ বিপক্ষে ভোট প্রদান করেননি। কেউ ভোট প্রদানে বিরত ছিলেন না।
এই ভোট গ্রহণের সময় কারও ভোট প্রদানের অধিকার খর্ব করা হয়নি।

Whereas:
- 1. Wikimedia Bangladesh (“WMBD”) is responsible for recognizing Regional Committee (“RC”);
- 2. Cumilla Wikipedia Community ("The RC") has submitted an application for recognition, which has been reviewed by the Executive Committee (“EC”) of WMBD;
- 3. The RC will focus on the activities of the EC of WMBD in Cumilla District, Bangladesh;
Application Review:
- The RC has at least 3 active Wikimedia editors who are residents of the region: CRITERION MET
- The RC has at least 1 Regular Member of WMBD to lead the RC: CRITERION MET
- The RC is compliant with naming guidelines and trademark policy: CRITERION MET
- Objectives of The RC are aligned with WMBD: CRITERION MET
- The RC plans for activities or efforts to increase engagement in the region: CRITERION MET
- The RC accepts all other requirements mentioned under section 6 of the resolution passed on September 2019: CRITERION MET
It is the opinion of the EC that The RC meets the requirements for RC status according to the resolution passed on September 2019.
EC reserves the right to discontinue or dissolve The RC according to the section 9 of the resolution passed on September 2019.
The RC is eligible to renew its term automatically for another term if it meets the criteria of section 9 of the resolution passed on September 2019.
It is resolved that the Cumilla Wikipedia Community will have the following formation and members:
- Name, Wikimedia Username, Designation
- Shahidul Hasan Roman, Shahidul Hasan Roman, Chief Coordinator
- Shafi Azim, Shafi Azim, Deputy Coordinator
- Sabbir Siam, Sabbir Siam, Deputy Coordinator
- Ibrahim Hossain, Ibrahim Hossain97, Deputy Coordinator
- Sifat Siddiqu, Sifat little Mr, Deputy Coordinator
It is resolved that the Cumilla Wikipedia Community is recognized as a Regional Committee of Wikimedia Bangladesh till 31 December 2019, renewable period, effective immediately when passed.
