নিচের রেজোলিউশনটি উইকিমিডিয়া বাংলাদেশের নির্বাহী পরিষদ কর্তৃক ৫ ডিসেম্বর ২০২৫ তারিখে পাস হয়েছে।
নির্বাহী পরিষদের সদস্যদের মধ্যে ৮ জন পক্ষে ভোট প্রদান করেছেন ও কেউ বিপক্ষে ভোট প্রদান করেননি। কেউ ভোট প্রদানে বিরত ছিলেন না।
এই ভোট গ্রহণের সময় কারও ভোট প্রদানের অধিকার খর্ব করা হয়নি।

Whereas, Executive Committee (“EC”) member Masum al Hasan (“the Member”) has submitted his resignation from his position on the EC of Wikimedia Bangladesh (“WMBD”);
Whereas, the President has formally accepted his resignation on 12 October 2025 in accordance with Article IX § 10 of the Articles of Association of WMBD;
Resolved, that the resignation of the Member from the EC is hereby accepted, his appointment as an EC member is terminated effective 12 October 2025, and the EC extends its gratitude for his service and contributions;
Resolved, that this resolution becomes effective immediately when passed.
