নিচের রেজোলিউশনটি উইকিমিডিয়া বাংলাদেশের নির্বাহী পরিষদ কর্তৃক ১০ ফেব্রুয়ারি ২০২৬ তারিখে পাস হয়েছে।
নির্বাহী পরিষদের সদস্যদের মধ্যে ৯ জন পক্ষে ভোট প্রদান করেছেন ও কেউ বিপক্ষে ভোট প্রদান করেননি। কেউ ভোট প্রদানে বিরত ছিলেন না।
এই ভোট গ্রহণের সময় কারও ভোট প্রদানের অধিকার খর্ব করা হয়নি।
- পক্ষে ভোট প্রদান করেছেন: তানভির রহমান, দোলন প্রভা, মঈনুল ইসলাম, মহীন রীয়াদ, তানবিন ইসলাম সিয়াম, মো. দেলোয়ার হোসেন, শাকিল হোসেন, শাবাব মুস্তাফা, সুব্রত রায়
WHEREAS, discussions were held and consensus was reached at a duly convened meeting of the Executive Committee of Wikimedia Bangladesh Foundation (“Wikimedia Bangladesh”), and the following Members are appointed as office bearers of the Executive Committee for the term 2026–2027:
- 1. Tanvir Rahman (President)
- 2. Delwar Hossain (Secretary)
- 3. Shakil Hosen (Treasurer)
RESOLVED, that the above-mentioned office bearers shall exercise all powers and perform all duties of their respective offices in accordance with Article X of the Articles of Association of Wikimedia Bangladesh;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the term of the above-mentioned office bearers shall continue until the next election of the Executive Committee, or until their resignation, removal, or cancellation of Executive Committee membership, whichever occurs first;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that this resolution is effective immediately upon adoption.
