নিচের রেজোলিউশনটি উইকিমিডিয়া বাংলাদেশের নির্বাহী পরিষদ কর্তৃক ২১ নভেম্বর ২০২৫ তারিখে পাস হয়েছে।
নির্বাহী পরিষদের সদস্যদের মধ্যে ৮ জন পক্ষে ভোট প্রদান করেছেন ও কেউ বিপক্ষে ভোট প্রদান করেননি। কেউ ভোট প্রদানে বিরত ছিলেন না।
এই ভোট গ্রহণের সময় কারও ভোট প্রদানের অধিকার খর্ব করা হয়নি।

Whereas, the Executive Committee (“EC”) of Wikimedia Bangladesh (“WMBD”) has created an Election Committee (“The Committee”) for the superintendence of the Election of Members of the Executive Committee (“The Election”) at the regular Annual General Meeting of Members (“AGM”) in 2026.
Whereas, the EC has agreed to appoint the following Regular Members to The Committee.

- 3. Muhammad Deloar Hossain, WMBD-RM-104
Resolved, the EC authorizes the creation and operations of The Committee to organize The Election according to the Article of Association of Wikimedia Bangladesh Foundation.
Resolved, The Committee shall be supported by the available resources of WMBD to perform their tasks.
Resolved, The Committee shall be dissolved and the members of The Committee shall be relieved of their duties to The Committee once the regular AGM in 2026 is ended.
The resolution is effective immediately when passed.
