নিচের রেজোলিউশনটি উইকিমিডিয়া বাংলাদেশের নির্বাহী পরিষদ কর্তৃক ৬ এপ্রিল ২০২৫ তারিখে পাস হয়েছে।
নির্বাহী পরিষদের সদস্যদের মধ্যে ৭ জন পক্ষে ভোট প্রদান করেছেন ও কেউ বিপক্ষে ভোট প্রদান করেননি। কেউ ভোট প্রদানে বিরত ছিলেন না। ২ জন সদস্য ভোট প্রদান করেননি।
এই ভোট গ্রহণের সময় কারও ভোট প্রদানের অধিকার খর্ব করা হয়নি।

পক্ষে ভোট প্রদান করেছেন: অংকন ঘোষ দস্তিদার, আর কে হান্নান, তানবিন ইসলাম সিয়াম, তানভির রহমান, দোলন প্রভা, মাসুম-আল-হাসান, ও শাবাব মুস্তাফা
ভোট প্রদান করেননি: আলী হায়দার খান ও মহীন রীয়াদ

Whereas:

1. Wikimedia Bangladesh (“WMBD”) is responsible for recognizing the Regional Committee (“RC”);

2. Dhaka Wikimedia Community (“The RC”) has applied for recognition, which has been reviewed by the Executive Committee (“EC”) of WMBD;

3. The RC will focus on the activities of the EC of WMBD in the Dhaka Division of Bangladesh.

Application Review:

The RC has at least 3 active Wikimedia editors who are residents of the region: CRITERION MET
The RC has at least 1 Regular Member of WMBD to lead the RC: CRITERION MET
The RC complies with the naming guidelines and trademark policy: CRITERION MET
The objectives of the RC are aligned with WMBD: CRITERION MET
The RC plans for activities or efforts to increase engagement in the region: CRITERION MET
The RC accepts all other requirements mentioned under section 6 of the resolution passed in August 2024: CRITERION MET

The EC believes that the RC meets the requirements for RC status as outlined in the August 2024 resolution.

The EC reserves the right to discontinue or dissolve the RC in accordance with Section 9 of the August 2024 resolution.

The RC is eligible for automatic renewal if it continues to meet the criteria set forth in Section 9 of the August 2024 resolution.

It is resolved that the Dhaka Wikimedia Community will have the following formation and members:

Muhammed Yahya, Yahya, Chief Coordinator

Shakil Hosen, MdsShakil, Deputy Coordinator

Md. Zahin Wadud Hoque, Zahinwadud, Deputy Coordinator

Deloar Akram, DeloarAkram, Deputy Coordinator

It is resolved that the Dhaka Wikimedia Community is recognized as a Regional Committee of Wikimedia Bangladesh until 31 December 2025, with the possibility of renewal, effective immediately upon adoption.
